1. FAQ

The drugs you will receive have been manufactured by many of the multinational drug companies around the world. Because they are manufactured off shore you are able to save considerably on the cost of your prescriptions. 

In order to comply with FDA rules we will only be able to ship, at most, three months worth of medication at any one time.

You accept that all information contained on this site and provided by AvonPharmacy.com staff does not substitute for professional medical advice by your own medical practitioner. Only your health care provider should diagnose your health problems and prescribe treatment.

2. General Disclaimer.

I do not and will not hold AvonPharmacy.com or the doctors prescribing the medication on behalf of my own doctor liable for filling my order and sending it to my nominated address for collection.

I will read the product information and discontinue the medication if I have side effects or commence other medication, which may interact with this medication.

I accept that AvonPharmacy.com does not endorse or assume responsibility for any product, brand, and method of treatment or information on this site in any way.

I accept that AvonPharmacy.com will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages for any reason.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

We send the parcel via airmail, usually the day we receive your order. It takes from 15 - 25 business days to arrive to most destinations overseas. You may be required to sign for receipt of your order.

4. Must I have a prescription?

No, you do not need to send us your prescription. It is a good idea to be under the supervision or a medical practitioner who prescribes your treatment. Drugs can have side effects, which you may not be aware of.

5. Why are the drugs cheaper than I can purchase at my local pharmacy?

We have nationalized medicine. This means that the government has negotiated with the drug companies for the cost the medicines are sold wholesale. We buy cheaper and we can pass that saving on to you.

6. Can you supply the price of quantity 90 pills for the drugs I take?

The quantity is listed in the description of the drugs. We can supply in multiples of those amounts.

7. How much is postage?

We send the parcels via airmail at a free of charge.

8. Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.

Return Policy on Medication.
The FDA prohibits prescription medication from being returned once it leaves the pharmacy. We have a team that is happy to address any concerns you may have within our customer service department.

AvonPharmacy.com has the following privacy statement:
All the information we collect on our order form (i.e.. email address, credit card numbers) is only used to fulfill our customer orders. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. All medical information is used by medical staff to approve or decline orders for any specific medications.

We do not share any of your information with any other third parties.
